hansgrohe Pulsify Select S 105 Relaxation: hand shower with 3 spray modes and EcoSmart

The Pulsify Select S is a hansgrohe hand shower with a 105 mm spray head. It replaces an existing hand shower in your shower or bath and simply screws onto the shower hose using the standard G ½ connection.

The Relaxation version offers three spray modes: PowderRain with very fine, soft droplets, the stronger IntenseRain and a concentrated massage jet. You switch between them with the Select button on the handle, so there's no need to twist the spray head. The spray disc is finished in graphite, while the handle is chrome-plated.

EcoSmart technology limits the flow. hansgrohe quotes a maximum of 6.9 litres per minute at 3 bar, with values between 6.7 and 6.9 l/min depending on the spray mode. That reduces water – and hot water – use compared with showers without a limiter. According to the manufacturer, the shower works with instantaneous water heaters and from a flow pressure of 1 bar. The silicone QuickClean nozzles help against limescale: you simply rub deposits off with your finger. Inside there's a rinsable dirt filter.

Worth knowing: the shower hose and holder are not included. Because of the flow limiter, the spray feels less voluminous than on showers without EcoSmart, especially with low water pressure. If you want more water, the same shower is available without EcoSmart under item number 24110000.
