2. What Deal-Luchs is

Deal-Luchs is an information service: we present tech, electronics and home products and link to offers on Amazon. We do not sell products ourselves and do not conclude purchase contracts. A purchase contract is concluded solely between you and Amazon or the respective seller on Amazon; their terms apply.

3. Prices, availability and product information

Prices, availability and promotions change constantly. The information on the Amazon product page at the time of your purchase always applies. Our product descriptions are based on manufacturer information and are prepared with care; deviations, e.g. in variants, colours or scope of delivery, are still possible. Please check the details with the retailer before buying.

4. Deals and our picks

Items marked as a “deal” are time-limited and are hidden automatically once they expire. “Our picks” are product presentations without a time limit. Featuring a product does not create any claim to a particular price or availability.

We may amend these terms; the version published here applies. German law applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
